Vera Rubin NVL72 is NVIDIA's next rack after GB300 NVL72: 72 Rubin GPUs and 36 Vera CPUs with 20.7 TB of HBM4 per rack. As of 19 October 2026, 5 operators in our pipeline plan Vera Rubin capacity, with starts from Q1 2027, usually on terms of 5 years. Rates are quoted per request.
Vera Rubin capacity is sold as reservations on sites still being built, with a ready date, a multi-year term and a prepayment.
Source: NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 product page and datasheet, seen 14 October 2026. NVIDIA lists it as available now and ramping into full production. NVIDIA's September 2025 announcements used the name Vera Rubin NVL144 (NVIDIA newsroom, 9 September 2025); each Rubin GPU package has two compute dies (NVIDIA Rubin platform blog).
On its product page NVIDIA compares Vera Rubin with GB200 NVL72: AI training with one-fourth the GPUs, one-tenth the cost per million tokens for inference, and up to 10 times more tokens per megawatt. Memory per GPU stays close to GB300; the gains are in compute, memory bandwidth (19.2 TB/s per GPU) and NVLink (3 TB/s per GPU, against 1.8 TB/s on GB300).
