Terms of Use

Effective 20 October 2026 · WINBOUM LTD (trading as Ancapex)

1. Who we are

This website is operated by WINBOUM LTD, trading as Ancapex (“Ancapex”, “we”, “us”), a private company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 485686, with its registered office at 6 Themistokli Dervi, Flat/Office D4, 1066 Nicosia, Cyprus. Ancapex reserves GPU compute capacity for AI teams from the operators who own it: we source capacity, bring offers to a comparable basis and place it between buyers and infrastructure providers.

2. Nothing here is an offer

All content on this site, including capacity indications, availability statuses, price ranges, timelines, and normalization examples, is indicative and provided for general information. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, a commitment to transact, or a representation that any particular capacity is available on any particular terms. Availability, pricing, and terms are confirmed only in writing, directly between counterparties, in executed commercial documentation.

3. What we do and do not do

Ancapex provides commercial support: sourcing, qualification, rate normalization, counterparty matching, and negotiation support. Contracts are executed directly between counterparties.

Ancapex is not an exchange, a clearing venue, a broker-dealer, a custodian, an investment adviser, or a guaranteed principal to your transaction. We do not hold client funds. We do not guarantee the performance, solvency, delivery, or conduct of any counterparty introduced by us. Counterparty diligence remains your responsibility.

4. No advice

Nothing on this site or communicated by us is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Compute capacity commitments are material financial obligations, frequently multi-year and frequently non-cancelable. Obtain your own professional advice before entering into any agreement.

5. Requests you submit

When you submit a request through this site you confirm that you are acting on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to do so, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may decline, ignore, or discontinue any request at our discretion, and we respond only where there is a credible commercial fit.

Requirements you share are handled confidentially and disclosed to potential counterparties only on a need-to-know basis. Your organization’s identity is not disclosed to a counterparty before you approve it. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Compensation and conflicts

Our fee is paid by the operator under its agreement with us and is included in the rate agreed with the buyer; buyers pay Ancapex nothing directly. Nothing is due before a contract is signed. Because our compensation may vary between transactions, we will disclose on request how we are compensated on any given transaction.

7. Confidentiality

Information marked confidential, or which a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, is treated as such by both parties. Nothing on this site creates a non-disclosure agreement; where one is required, it is executed separately.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, structure, and methodology presented on this site, including the rate normalization framework, are the property of Ancapex. You may reference and use them for your own commercial evaluation. You may not republish, resell, or present them as your own. You may quote the figures of the B300 Price Index with a link to its page.

9. Export control and sanctions

Advanced GPU compute is subject to export control and sanctions regimes in multiple jurisdictions. You represent that your intended use and your organization are not prohibited under applicable law, including U.S. export controls. We may require compliance documentation before any introduction and may decline any request on compliance grounds without explanation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancapex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of this site or from any introduction, information, or commercial support provided by us. Our aggregate liability arising out of our services is limited to the fees actually received by Ancapex in respect of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-party information

Market reference points, competitor pricing, availability data, and technical specifications originate in part from third parties and public sources. We take reasonable care but do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or currency. Verify anything on which you intend to rely.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Commercial agreements arranged through us are governed by their own terms, which may specify a different jurisdiction.
