As of 19 October 2026, 8 operators in our pipeline offer reserved GPU capacity in Europe: B300 from 5 of them, GB300 NVL72 from 3. Keeping data and compute in the EEA makes GDPR simpler, and power prices differ by country: a business in Finland pays less than half the German rate per kWh.
For European buyers the site matters as much as the GPU: where the data sits, which law applies, and what electricity costs over a multi-year term.
| Model | Operators in Europe | Can start (all regions) |
|---|---|---|
| B300 (HGX) | 5 | From Q4 2026 |
| GB300 NVL72 | 3 | From Q1 2027 |
| Vera Rubin | 2 | From Q1 2027 |
From current offers on 19 October 2026. A count is shown only when at least two operators offer the model in Europe. Start dates are for all regions; ask us for European sites.
Under GDPR, personal data can be transferred outside the EEA on an adequacy decision, with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or under narrow derogations (EDPB). Keeping the GPUs, and everyone who can access the data, inside the EEA means that processing needs none of these routes.
Obligations for providers of general-purpose AI models apply from 2 August 2025, the Commission can enforce them, including with fines, from 2 August 2026, and models placed on the market before 2 August 2025 must comply by 2 August 2027 (European Commission). Where the GPUs sit does not change these duties, but European compute keeps your documentation and data in one jurisdiction.
| Country | EUR per kWh, 2026 H1 |
|---|---|
| Germany | 0.206 (provisional) |
| Sweden | 0.118 |
| Norway | 0.117 |
| Finland | 0.093 |
Non-household consumers using 500 to 1,999 MWh a year (band IC), excluding VAT and recoverable taxes (Eurostat, nrg_pc_205, updated 9 October 2026). Large data centers buy in higher bands and on their own contracts; the ranking usually holds. See what goes into a GPU-hour price.
Nebius says it runs GB300 NVL72 and HGX B300 in production in Europe (Nebius, 17 December 2025), and Verda operates GB300 NVL72 in Nordic data centers on renewable power (Verda). These are on-demand and cluster offers of public clouds; reserved blocks from other operators are quoted per request.
Requirements are handled confidentially and shared with operators only on a need-to-know basis, never with your name attached before you approve it. We reply within one business day from dima@ancapex.io.

No. GDPR allows transfers outside the EEA on an adequacy decision, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or under narrow derogations (EDPB). Keeping compute and data access inside the EEA means no transfer route is needed for that processing.
Obligations for general-purpose AI model providers apply from 2 August 2025, enforcement with fines from 2 August 2026, and older models must comply by 2 August 2027 (European Commission).
In the Nordics. In the first half of 2026 Finland paid about EUR 0.093 per kWh against EUR 0.206 in Germany for mid-size business users (Eurostat, band IC, excluding VAT).
