In 2026 a GB300 NVL72 rack, with 72 GPUs, costs roughly $4.3 million to $5 million to buy before installation. An Investing.com report on a Wolfe Research note gave reported prices of about $4.3 million (January 2026), and recent small-order purchase orders came to just under $5.0 million without an in-rack cooling unit (Data Gravity, August 2026). Installed with networking it costs more: about $5.7 million deployed in Data Gravity's count, and $8 million to $8.6 million in Managed GPUs' October 2026 figure.
GB300 NVL72 is sold and rented as a whole liquid-cooled rack of 72 Blackwell Ultra GPUs and 36 Grace CPUs. Per GPU slot the purchase price works out at about $60,000 to $69,000.

Data Gravity counts about $69,000 per GPU slot at the purchase-order price, and notes that hyperscale volume buyers do better. At $4.3 million the rack is about $60,000 per GPU slot. A 250 kW in-rack cooling unit added about $32,000 on the purchase orders Data Gravity saw.
CoreWeave lists GB200 NVL72 at $42.00 an hour for an instance of 4 GPUs on demand, $10.50 per GPU-hour, and shows no public price for GB300 NVL72 (CoreWeave pricing). Data Gravity puts GB200-class capacity at around $10.50 per GPU-hour with committed deals well below. Reserved GB300 NVL72 racks are rented whole, usually on terms of 3 to 5 years, and in our offers they can start from Q1 2027. Owning a rack costs about $2.56 to $2.88 per used GPU-hour over five years at 80% to 90% utilization (Data Gravity), against about $10.50 per GPU-hour for GB200-class capacity on demand. Owning needs millions up front, a liquid-cooled site and high utilization for years.
