In October 2026 Indian providers publish B300 at about $4.00 to $11.12 per GPU-hour by term (Yotta, five years to one year) and $5.51 to $6.00 reserved at Cyfuture, and B200 at $2.94 to $7.99, before 18% GST. The cheaper IndiaAI government rates are open only to users registered in India, and US export controls do not block GPUs in India except for companies headquartered in China or Macau.

India now has public hourly prices for B300 and B200, a government compute programme with more than 45,000 GPUs, and new Blackwell clusters coming online in Noida, Chennai and Jamnagar. Rupee prices below are converted at 94.96 rupees per US dollar (Federal Reserve H.10, rate of 16 October 2026); all exclude GST.

The IndiaAI Mission rates

The government's IndiaAI Mission had more than 45,000 GPUs on its shared compute platform by June 2026, and by August 237 projects had used 9.3 million GPU-hours (PIB, 13 August 2026). Its rate card, updated 14 October 2026, lists per GPU-hour before GST (IndiaAI rate card):

GPUOn demand12-month reserved
B300 SXM₹351 ($3.70)₹319.50 ($3.36)
B200 SXM₹290.70 ($3.06)₹251.10 ($2.64)
H200 SXM₹140 ($1.47)₹100 ($1.05)

These rates are for academia, startups and small firms incorporated in India, and government bodies registered and approved by IndiaAI, which can add a subsidy of up to 40% (IndiaAI eligibility). A foreign AI team pays commercial rates. In the latest tender round Yotta offered 17,000 B300, and press reports in October 2026 said IndiaAI suppliers may be allowed to sell capacity to foreign customers at commercial rates.
