Reserved GPU capacity

Frequently asked questions

How Ancapex works · for buyers and operators

What is Ancapex?

Ancapex finds and reserves GPU capacity for AI teams, brings the offers to a comparable basis and agrees the price with you. The contract is signed directly between the operator and the client.

Who pays your fee?

Our fee is included in the rate we agree with you. Nothing is due before a contract is signed.

Who signs the contract?

The client and the operator sign directly with each other. Ancapex supports the deal through to signature and does not hold client funds.

Which GPUs can you source?

Our focus is NVIDIA Blackwell class: GB300 NVL72, B300 and B200, plus Vera Rubin capacity planned for 2027. Rack-level, multi-rack or cluster scale, for training, inference and agentic workloads.

Do you publish prices?

Not on the site. The main page shows a summary of current availability, updated weekly: which GPUs operators offer and on what terms. We share the operator, the site and the price once the NDA and the referral agreement with the operator are signed and we have had a call with you. A price is final only in the contract between the operator and the client.

Why are two quotes at the same price per GPU-hour not the same price?

A headline rate becomes a price once you know what sits under it. We bring every offer to the same eight lines: electricity and power, direct liquid cooling, on-site operations, egress and data transfer, storage, the availability SLA, the down payment and the term start date.

What terms are typical?

Reserved blocks on multi-year terms are the core of what we reserve. Term length, prepayment, start date and minimum size vary by operator, and the availability summary on the main page shows the current range of terms.

How do I request capacity?

Send an RFQ through the form on our main page or write to dima@ancapex.io. Tell us the GPU type, quantity, region, start date, term and workload. We reply within one business day.

Is my request confidential?

Yes. Requirements are shared with counterparties only on a need-to-know basis, and your organization's identity is not disclosed to a counterparty before you approve it.

I operate GPU capacity. How do I list it?

Send the GPU type, quantity, location, availability date, term and indicative price through the form or by email. We show your capacity without your name, and only with your consent. A buyer learns your name, the site and the price only after you have signed our NDA and referral agreement and we have had a call with the buyer. Our fee is due only when a deal closes. More on the listing page.

Are you an exchange, a broker-dealer or an investment adviser?

No. Ancapex arranges commercial GPU capacity deals. It is not an exchange, a clearing venue, a securities broker-dealer, a custodian or an investment adviser, and nothing we say is financial, legal or tax advice.

Do export controls apply?

Yes. Advanced GPU compute is subject to export control and sanctions regimes in several jurisdictions. We may require compliance documentation before any introduction and may decline a request on compliance grounds.
