HGX B300 (Blackwell Ultra) has 50% more GPU memory per 8-GPU server than HGX B200 (2.1 TB against 1.4 TB), 1.5 times the dense FP4 compute and twice the network bandwidth; FP8 and BF16 compute are the same (NVIDIA specifications). As of 19 October 2026, B300 is offered by 22 operators in our pipeline and B200 by 3. Choose B300 when memory, FP4 inference or multi-node bandwidth limits you; B200 when your model fits in 1.4 TB per server, when you need FP64 or INT8, or when the lower price matters more.
Both are eight-GPU servers on the same NVLink generation, so the choice is mostly about memory, FP4 throughput, network and what operators can deliver by your start date.

Our offers as of 19 October 2026. Public on-demand prices put B300 about 13% above B200 at the median: $8.99 against $7.99 per GPU-hour on getdeploying (B300) and getdeploying (B200), seen 20 October 2026. Current numbers: GPU availability.
Two quotes at the same price per GPU-hour are rarely the same price. Before any match we bring every offer to the same eight lines:
Requirements are handled confidentially and shared with operators only on a need-to-know basis, never with your name attached before you approve it. We reply within one business day from dima@ancapex.io.
B300 is the Blackwell Ultra step up from B200. Per 8-GPU server it has 2.1 TB of GPU memory against 1.4 TB, 108 against 72 PFLOPS of dense FP4 and 1.6 against 0.8 TB/s of network bandwidth. FP8 and BF16 compute and NVLink are the same (NVIDIA).
When memory, FP4 inference throughput or multi-node bandwidth is your limit, yes. If your model fits in 1.4 TB per server and you train in FP8 or BF16, B200 gives the same listed compute, and it has far more FP64 and INT8.
On public on-demand price pages the median is $8.99 per GPU-hour for B300 against $7.99 for B200 (getdeploying, 20 October 2026), about 13% more. Reserved B200 offers in our pipeline are too few to publish a rate.
B300 has more operators in our pipeline (22 against 3 on 19 October 2026), so more start dates to choose from: from Q4 2026. B200 can start from Q4 2026. See GPU availability for the current numbers.
Not necessarily. NVIDIA's DGX B200 is air-cooled, and HGX B300 servers come in air-cooled and liquid-cooled versions (Supermicro, for one, sells an 8U air-cooled and a 4U liquid-cooled HGX B300 system); it depends on the server and the operator's site. GB300 NVL72 racks are liquid-cooled only.
