As of 19 October 2026, 2 operators in our pipeline offer reserved GPU capacity in the Middle East. Large purchases of NVIDIA Blackwell chips in the Gulf have come with US export approvals: in November 2025 the US Department of Commerce said G42 in the UAE and Humain in Saudi Arabia receive approvals to purchase the equivalent of up to 35,000 Blackwell chips (GB300s), with security and reporting requirements.

Large GPU sites are planned in the Gulf, such as the 1 GW Stargate UAE cluster, and US export approvals for the chips come with conditions. Ask about them before a contract, not after.

US export approvals

On 19 November 2025 the US Department of Commerce said G42 and Humain are receiving approvals to purchase the equivalent of up to 35,000 NVIDIA Blackwell chips (GB300s), conditioned on rigorous security and reporting requirements (US Department of Commerce, 19 November 2025). In July 2026 G42 said BIS approved G42 and Core42 as authorized recipients of advanced computing items under the US-UAE AI framework (G42, 17 July 2026). Ask the operator which approval covers the hardware and what it requires of you as the end user: ownership, headquarters, end use and who may access the GPUs.

Large projects

Stargate UAE is a 1 GW cluster in Abu Dhabi; in May 2025 G42 said its first 200 MW was expected to go live in 2026 (G42).

FAQ

Can I rent GPUs in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?

Tell us the country, the model and the start date and we match current offers. Large Blackwell purchases in the Gulf have come with US export approvals and security conditions.

Are NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs allowed in the UAE and Saudi Arabia?

With US approval. In November 2025 the US Department of Commerce said G42 and Humain are receiving approvals to purchase the equivalent of up to 35,000 Blackwell chips (GB300s), with security and reporting requirements.

When will Stargate UAE be online?

In May 2025 G42 said the first 200 MW of the 1 GW Stargate UAE cluster was expected to go live in 2026.
