Renting a GB300 NVL72 cluster takes five steps: write the request (racks, region, start date, term, workload), get offers on a comparable basis, check the site and the contract, pass the operator's KYC and export-control checks, then sign and pay the deposit. As of 19 October 2026, racks in our offers start from Q1 2027, usually on terms of 3 to 5 years.
GB300 NVL72 is sold by the rack, on sites with liquid cooling and about 132 kW per rack, usually months before the racks go live. That shapes every step.
Each operator quotes its own way: rate per GPU-hour or per rack per month, power in or out, term starting at signing or at delivery. Put every offer on the same lines: electricity, cooling, operations, egress, storage, SLA, prepayment and term start. 8 operators in our pipeline offer GB300 NVL72 as of 19 October 2026.
Ask whether the hardware is ordered and the site is powered and liquid-cooled today, or still being built. Then read the contract against the lease checklist: ready date and delay remedies, term start, prepayment, SLA, termination.
Operators screen buyers under US export controls before they sign. Expect to provide:
Exporting advanced computing chips to a company headquartered in China, Macau or another US Country Group D:5 country, or whose ultimate parent is headquartered there, needs a US license even when the company itself sits elsewhere (Holland & Knight on BIS guidance). Operators check ownership and headquarters as part of their own compliance (Morrison Foerster), and we check both before any match.
The lead time counts from the signed contract and the paid deposit, not from the first call. Operators in our offers often ask for 25% to 30% of the contract value at signing.
As of 19 October 2026, GB300 NVL72 racks in our offers start from Q1 2027. Buying GB300 systems outright takes about 36 weeks from order in the quotes we have, which is why operators sell reserved racks on sites already being built. Current dates: GPU availability.
Requirements are handled confidentially and shared with operators only on a need-to-know basis, never with your name attached before you approve it. We reply within one business day from dima@ancapex.io.
Send a request with racks, region, start date, term and workload; compare offers on the same terms; check the site and the contract; pass the operator's KYC and export-control checks; then sign and pay the deposit.
As of 19 October 2026, racks in our offers start from Q1 2027. That is the ready date operators name for their sites, and it holds only if the contract and the deposit are in place in time.
Company registration and ownership documents, where the company is headquartered and where users will access the GPUs from, an end-use statement, and financial information.
GB300 NVL72 is rented by the whole rack (72 GPUs), and some operators sell only larger blocks. Ask us for the smallest block available now.
