We are the controller of the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and who sees it.

2. Legal basis

Where the GDPR or comparable law applies, we process on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and arranging GPU capacity, and on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. The index subscription is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. Analytics is used with consent where consent is required in your jurisdiction.

3. Who sees your data

Inside Ancapex: our team.

Counterparties: requirement details may be shared with potential counterparties strictly on a need-to-know basis in order to source or place capacity. Your organization’s identity is not disclosed to a counterparty before you approve it. Where a request is sensitive, we describe it in anonymized form.

Service providers who process data on our behalf:

New request notifications also reach our team chat on Telegram, which processes them under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or license personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. International transfers

We are based in Cyprus, in the European Union. Our service providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where a provider processes it for us, we rely on the safeguards that provider offers for such transfers, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Request data is retained for as long as needed to pursue the opportunity and to maintain a record of commercial dealings, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last substantive contact, unless a transaction or a legal obligation requires longer. A new subscription waits up to 14 days for our review. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only the record that you did. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to receive it in portable form, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights of access, deletion, correction, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

To exercise any right, write to dima@ancapex.io. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to a supervisory authority: ours is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus, and in the EEA or the UK you may also turn to your national authority.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and held in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure; treat the RFQ form as suitable for business requirements, not for secrets that would harm you if exposed.

8. Cookies

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.

9. Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the current version.
