B300, GB300 NVL72 and Vera Rubin: release dates and when reserved capacity can start

NVIDIA announced B300 (Blackwell Ultra) and GB300 NVL72 on 18 March 2025. Dell says it shipped the first GB300 NVL72 on 3 July 2025, and Supermicro announced volume shipments of HGX B300 systems and GB300 NVL72 racks on 11 September 2025. A reserved block starts later: as of 26 October 2026, the earliest reserved B300 start in our pipeline is Q4 2026, the current quarter, among 19 operators with B300 offers; for GB300 NVL72 racks it is Q1 2027, among 8 operators. NVIDIA says Vera Rubin is ramping into full production; 5 operators in our pipeline take reservations for it, typically on 5-year terms.

A release date tells you when the first systems ship. For a reserved block of hundreds or thousands of GPUs, the date that matters is when an operator's site with those GPUs is ready for you. In our offers of 26 October that gap is about a year for B300 and more than a year for GB300 NVL72.

From our weekly summary of operator offers. We show a start, a region or a term only when no single operator's offer shows through: a model needs at least three operators, a start quarter or a region two. That is why B200, with 2 operators, has no start date here; Vera Rubin has no start quarter in the summary of 26 October. Can start is the earliest quarter that at least two operators name, not a date for every operator in the row; Q4 2026 is the current quarter. Current figures: GPU availability.

The start quarters for B300 and GB300 NVL72 held from 14 to 26 October. The operator counts move as offers expire and new ones come in, so the counts show the offers current that week, not the size of the market.

What "from Q4 2026" and "from Q1 2027" mean

A month or a quarter is the ready date an operator names for its site today. It holds only if the contract and the deposit are in place in time: most lead times count from a signed contract and a paid deposit, not from the first call, so a block for Q1 2027 is signed ahead of that quarter.

Why GPUs that shipped in 2025 start in late 2026 or 2027

What to do with these dates

We ask operators whether they can cover your request without naming you, and introduce you to up to three. Price and terms come from the operator, you sign with the operator directly, and the operator pays our fee. See how it works.

FAQ

When was B300 released?

NVIDIA announced B300 (Blackwell Ultra) on 18 March 2025 and expected products from partners from the second half of 2025. Supermicro announced volume shipments of HGX B300 systems on 11 September 2025.

When can I get reserved B300?

As of 26 October 2026 the earliest reserved B300 start in our pipeline is Q4 2026, the current quarter, among 19 operators with B300 offers, typically on terms of 1 to 3 years.

When was GB300 NVL72 released?

NVIDIA announced it with Blackwell Ultra on 18 March 2025, Dell says it shipped the first GB300 NVL72 on 3 July 2025, and Supermicro announced volume shipments of GB300 NVL72 racks on 11 September 2025. Reserved GB300 NVL72 racks in our pipeline start from Q1 2027, typically on 3-year terms.

When will Vera Rubin be available?

NVIDIA said on 5 January 2026 that Rubin was in full production, with products from partners in the second half of 2026, and on 26 August 2026 that racks were running at partners. In our pipeline 5 operators take Vera Rubin reservations, typically on 5-year terms; the summary of 26 October 2026 has no start quarter for it.

Why does reserved GB300 NVL72 start in 2027 if it shipped in 2025?

Reserved blocks come from sites that operators are still building, and GB300 NVL72 needs liquid cooling and high power per rack. The quarter is the ready date the operator names for its site, and it holds only if the contract and the deposit are in place in time.
