Reserved GPU capacity

What buyers want to reserve: GPU demand, October 2026

Report · Updated 30 October 2026
By , Co-Founder of Ancapex

As of 26 October 2026 we hold 13 open buyer requests for reserved GPU capacity, up from 10 on 14 October. B300 is asked most (9 requests, mostly from under 100 to thousands of GPUs), then GB300 NVL72 (5 requests, mostly thousands of GPUs) and B200 (4 requests). Terms asked run from 1 to 3 years, with a few shorter blocks, and the requests name the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Canada.

This is a count of our own open requests, without buyer names: what buyers with open requests have asked us to find. These are requests, not signed reservations. Public price lists show what is on sale by the hour; these numbers show what buyers want to sign for a year or longer, a few for less.

One request can name two models, so the rows add up to more than the total. Sizes are bands of the total GPUs a buyer asks for (under 100, hundreds, thousands), never one buyer's exact number. We count every week from our open requests.

Demand against what operators offer

GPUBuyers ask, 26 October 2026Operators offer, 26 October 2026
B3009 requests19 operators; from Q4 2026; 1 to 3 years
GB300 NVL725 requests, mostly thousands of GPUs8 operators; from Q1 2027; 3 years
B2004 requests2 operators
All requests13 requests; starts from now to Q1 2027; 1 to 3 years, a few shorter blocks too

Three things stand out. Some buyers want to start within 30 days, while current B300 offers start from Q4 2026 and GB300 NVL72 offers from Q1 2027, so the start date is the first line to settle. GB300 NVL72 is asked mostly in thousands of GPUs, and a thousand GPUs is about 14 racks of 72. And B200 has the fewest operators against its requests: 4 requests and 2 operators with current offers. Start dates by model are on GPU availability; the weekly B300 rate is on the B300 Price Index.

The market around it

NVIDIA's data-center revenue was $89.0 billion in its quarter to 26 July 2026, up 117% from a year earlier, and NVIDIA said Vera Rubin was ramping into full production with racks running at partners (NVIDIA results, 26 August 2026). Those figures are NVIDIA's sales; the requests above are capacity that buyers still want to reserve.
